Another review of a Proporta iPod Touch case. This time, it’s the Proporta Aluminium Lined Leather Case for the iPod Touch 2G. This is a standard kind of ‘flippy’ case. It has an aluminium lined flap that protects the iPod’s screen which is the best feature about it. The flappy bit is also magnetic, so it’s really easy to close, and open again. There’s no press-stud to fasten, no other flap to fold up, no velcro to stick together it just flips shut and sticks!
I got a brown case, however it comes in many other colours too. When I first opened it and looked at the case, I didn’t like what I saw. I thought it was a bit ugly, if I’m honest. But, after using it for a few days, I realised how beautiful it is. The case looks really smart and professional. It has this authentic, elegant, classy look to it which shows how how much time has been spent designing it. It also looks as though a lot of effort went into producing it!
The case feels nice in your hand -- which is very important. It holds your iPod tight and is easy to grip. Putting your iPod in the case is really easy, as is removing it to dock it.
